Settings:
Dashboard → Drafts → Custom files and share documents, brand guidelines, or pre-approved email templates with your entire organization
Dashboard → Drafts → General → Custom tone and describe your company tone, for example, “warm, concise, and confident”
Outcome: unified messaging and a consistent brand voice across your team communications.
Scenario: you’re about to join a client call and need a quick refresh.
Solution: Go to Dashboard → Fyxer Chat and ask it for a quick recap of recent interactions.
Settings:
Dashboard → Notetaker → Notetaker settings and make sure Notetaker is set to automatically join meetings
Dashboard → Drafts → Custom files and upload key client briefs, contracts, or reports so Fyxer can include them in your responses

Dashboard → Drafts
Enable follow-up drafts and choose the number of days before Fyxer creates a reminder draft
Add custom tone instructions for follow-ups. For example, “make my follow-ups sound friendly and proactive”
Dashboard → Categorization
Move Awaiting reply out of your inbox, so all follow-up emails are grouped together and not clogging up your inbox
