Your Dashboard Tour
Welcome to your Fyxer Dashboard - your control center for settings, preferences, and insights.
Once you've connected your inbox and calendar, this is where you fine-tune how Fyxer works for you.

Before You Begin
You won't spend much time in the Dashboard day to day.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to customize your settings once. After that, Fyxer runs in the background.
You'll only return here to:
Update settings or preferences
Review meeting recordings and summaries
Use Fyxer Chat directly in the app
Everything else - inbox organization, draft replies, and scheduling - happens automatically.
Home
Your Home view is the first screen you see when you log in.
Here you'll find:
Your onboarding setup steps
Overview of upcoming meetings
Quick access to Join meeting links
Home updates in real time - your daily snapshot of what's happening today and what's next.
Categorization
Fyxer organizes incoming emails into 8 clear categories so you see what matters first.
You can customize how this works:
Go to Categorization Settings and choose which categories stay visible in your inbox or which ones skip the inbox and get filed directly
Set up email rules - Create custom rules to tell Fyxer how to handle certain emails
Adjust your reply and filter settings - Fine-tune how Fyxer drafts replies and filters messages.
Add an alternative email - If you sometimes email yourself or use a second address (for example, CC'ing your own work or personal email), add it here so Fyxer knows it's still you

Over time, Fyxer learns your preferences and adapts automatically - so you spend less time sorting, more time doing.
Drafts
This is where you manage how Fyxer writes and follows up on your emails.
In Drafts Settings, you can:
Add tone of voice guidance in the Draft Prompt box.
Set up your email signature so it appears automatically in Fyxer drafts.
Configure your follow-up preferences to stay on top of pending replies.

Meetings
The Meetings section is where you manage and review all meetings connected to your calendar.
Here you can:
View upcoming meetings and join directly from the dashboard.
See if the Fyxer AI Notetaker is scheduled to attend and remove it from specific meetings if needed.
Record an in-person meeting, or upload an existing recording.
Access the Recordings tab to review and download past recordings and summaries.
Under Meeting Settings, you can configure how the Notetaker behaves - including default participation, summary preferences, and terminology for improved accuracy.

Scheduling
The Scheduling section is where you control how Fyxer manages your availability and meeting links.
Here, you can:
Turn your Fyxer scheduling link on or off.
Replace it with your own third-party scheduling link if preferred.
Set your default meeting duration and adjust your timezone.

Add Files
The Your Files section gives Fyxer the context it needs to write smarter, more accurate replies and summaries.
Here, you can:
Upload files such as brochures, briefs, contracts, or key documents that help Fyxer understand your work.
View a log of all uploaded files, including who shared them.
Share files with your organization or delete them when they’re no longer needed.

The more relevant context you give Fyxer, the better it understands your world - and the more natural your drafts become.
Fyxer Chat
The Fyxer Chat section is your direct line to Fyxer. Ask questions, search your inbox, or draft emails from scratch.
Here, you can:
Ask Fyxer to search your inbox or meeting notes for specific information.
Find past email threads or summaries without manually searching
Draft new emails from scratch using quick prompts or guidance.
Ask for web context to support replies or research.
All chat history stays in-app, so you can return to past prompts and refine responses anytime.

Settings
The Settings tab is where you control your preferences and integrations.
You can:
Manage connected accounts (Inbox, Calendar, Hubspot, Zoom)
Manage your organization preferences
You can disconnect integrations anytime.
Profile and Account
In the bottom-left corner of your Dashboard, you'll find your Profile menu.
From here, you can:
View your rewards and account status.
Edit your profile details, such as name and email.
Delete your account if needed.
Log out of Fyxer.
