Why are my folders empty?

In Outlook, an email cannot live in the main inbox and a folder at the same time. In your Categorization settings, you can choose whether emails move to any of the 8 folders or remain in your inbox view. Read: Categorization Settings Explained →

Why can't I see any drafts?

Fyxer creates your first drafts after your initial sync - this can take a few minutes. Make sure you have Conversation View turned on and check your To Respond category. Learn how to turn on Conversation View →

Can I customize or add to the categories?

No. Fyxer uses a fixed system of eight smart categories designed to surface what matters most and clear clutter from your inbox.

How does it learn my tone?
