Extend Fyxer with tools you already use.

Fyxer connects with a range of tools to fit the way you already work. Whether you want to draft emails from inside ChatGPT, push meeting notes straight to your CRM, or connect Fyxer to your AI tool of choice, this page covers what's available and how to get started.

Zoom

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams work with Notetaker straight away. Zoom requires one additional step: linking your Zoom account so Notetaker can auto-join your meetings.

Go to Dashboardarrow-up-right → Settings → Integrations → Zoom → Connect.

Once linked, Notetaker will join your Zoom meetings automatically, the same way it does for Meet and Teams.


ChatGPT

Connect Fyxer to ChatGPT and draft emails directly from the chat.

Describe what you want to say, and Fyxer uses your writing style, inbox history, and meeting notes to generate a draft, which you can then copy or open in your chosen email client.

Fyxer MCP

The Fyxer MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects your inbox and meetings to AI tools like ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible clients.

It gives those tools access to the same context Fyxer uses: emails, meeting notes, transcripts, and contacts. So you can search, draft, and look things up from wherever you're working.

HubSpot

Fyxer integrates with HubSpot to automatically log meeting summaries, follow-ups, and key decisions as notes against the relevant contact, deal, or company record. After each recorded meeting, Fyxer pushes a note to HubSpot, matched by email address or company domain, so your CRM stays up-to-date without any manual input.

Available on Pro and Enterprise plans, setup requires an admin to connect HubSpot in both Fyxer and HubSpot settings.
